摘要
为了研究磷酸二氢钾壳聚糖包衣对大白菜种子出苗率的影响,于2005—2006年进行了2 a试验。结果表明,每10 g种子用1～60 mg的磷酸二氢钾与壳聚糖乙酸溶液,采用2次法包衣太原二青B粒径等级种子后,当年播种可在一定程度上提高种子的抗逆性,出土幼苗能生长正常、无药害。
To study the effect of KH2PO4 and chitosan coating to germination rate of Chinese cabbage, we did the experiment for two years from 2005 to 2006. The result showed： when using two kinds of coating methods on B class seeds of Taiyuan Erqing, stress resistance of seeds was increased to a certain extent, with normal growth seedling and no phytotoxicity.
