微生物学实习是大学生接触社会、了解社会所需人才的重要实践环节。在进行微生物学实习时带领学生走出实验室来到生产单位进行参观实习,这是教学观念的更新和教学思想的转变。探索微生物学实习的创新方法,带领学生亲临生产第一线,使学生了解微生物在生产中所起的作用,激发了他们对微生物学的兴趣,加深了学生对生产工艺的掌握及对用人情况的了解。通过实践活动,不仅深化了学生的基础理论知识,加强了理论与实践的结合,而且提高了学生的人文素养和素质。

Microbiology practice is of great importance for undergraduates to understand the society. In microbiology practice, instead of conducting experiments in the library, the students were encouraged to go to factories to have on-site education, which not only enabled the students to understand the role microorganisms play in production but also aroused their interest in learning microbiology. The reform of microbiology practice deepened students＇ basic theoretical knowledge, strengthened students＇ ability to put theory into practice, and improved students＇ comprehensive ability.
