摘要
从哲学、心理学原理及现代工程的基本属性出发,界定了现代工程师工程意识概念的内涵和外延,分析了工程意识与工程思维、工程活动的关系,明确了工程意识最重要的功能就是决策调控功能,工程意识具有现代工程活动本身所具有的实践性、系统性和创新性等本质属性;讨论了工程意识在工程技术人员素质结构中的位置和作用,以及工程意识与工程知识、工程技能、思维方式等构成要素之间的辩证关系;讨论了高等工程教育过程中工程意识养成的教育对策,认为以"大工程观"还原工程本身的面目,使工程教育"回归工程",以体现系统性、实践性、创新性特质的工程教育的"工程模式"进行高等工程教育系统的设计和运行,重视工程实践教学,有利于学生工程知识的结构性掌握以及工程思维习惯和工程意识的养成。
Starting from philosophy, psychology theory and the basic properties of modern engineering, the connotation and denotation of engineering consciousness which modern engineers should possess were defined ; the relationship among engineering consciousness, engineering thinking and engineering activities was analyzed;it was clarified that decision- making, the most important function of engineering consciousness, had practical, systematic, innovative characteristics which modern engineering activities possess. The position and function of engineering consciousness in diathesis structure of engineering technicians as well as the dialectical relationship among engineering consciousness, engineering knowledge, engineering skills and thinking mode were discussed; and the measurea for cultivation of engineering consciousness was elaborated on.
