对于公称压力为14 MPa及以上高压阀门的现场试压尚无非常有效的方法;作者根据在某乙烯装置高压阀门试压的实践经验,提出公称压力14 MPa及以上高压阀门的一种现场试压方法,并具体介绍了试压机具、材料、系统的连接及阀门组试压步骤,希望对类似情况高压阀门的试压工作有所帮助。
There is no very effective field pressure test method for the high pressure valves with normal pressure 14 MP and above.Based on some experience from the high pressure valve test of an ethylene facility,the author presents a field pressure test method for such high pressure valves,and describes test devices,materials,system connection and test procedure for valve sets,and hopes the information to be helpful to similar test situation.
