摘要
本研究测量了大学生的自我和谐和诚信水平以及大学生对社会和谐的评价,并通过路径分析研究了三者的关系,发现自我和谐对诚信有显著直接效应,诚信观念对诚信行为有较强的影响,诚信观念和诚信行为对社会和谐有直接效应,经济水平对诚信行为是负效应。总体关系表现为个体的自我和谐水平越高,其诚信观念和诚信行为这两个反映人际和谐的内容也越高,进而影响个体对社会和谐的评价也更高,经济水平对诚信行为和社会和谐评价有调节作用。
College students in this study are measured on the level of self- harmony and integrity as well as their evaluation on social harmony. Through the path analysis the relationship between the three is examined. It shows that self harmony has a direct effect on the integrity, the concept of good faith has a stronger influence on the behavior, honesty and integrity of conduct has a direct effect on social harmony, economic level has the negative effect on good faith. On the overall relationships, higher the level of self harmony is, higher the level of integrity concept and the integrity behavior, thus the individual＇ s evaluation on social harmony is higher. The economic level regulates the integrity behavior and the social harmony evaluation.
