摘要
基片集成波导与微带线的过渡问题是基片集成波导应用的一个重要前提,为了提高两者的能量传输效率,通过阻抗匹配分析,设计了SIW渐变式过渡结构和2种微带渐变式过渡结构,并讨论了2种微带渐变式结构中参数变化对传输性能的影响。实验结果表明,当过渡系数取3~4或指数系数取0.10~0.15时,2种微带渐变式过渡结构具有较好的传输性能。所加工的2种转接器的回波损耗均优于13dB,带宽均超过了4.0GHz,实现了较宽的带宽和较好的传输性能,可以广泛地应用于SIW器件的设计和测试中。
The transition of substrate integrated waveguide (SIW) with microstrip is one of the principal problems in studying SIW. In order to heighten the energy transmission efficiency between them, one SIW gradual transition structure and two micro^trip gradual transition structures were designed by the analysis of the impedance matching of them. The transmission performance, influenced by the change of parame- ters in the two microstrip transition structures, was also discussed. The experimental results show that when the transition-coefficient is in 3~4 or the exponential -coefficient is in 0.10~0. 15, the microstrip transition structures have good transmission performance. The return losses of the two fabricated transi- tions are better than 13 dB and the bandwidths are over 4.0 GHz. So, they realize broad bandwidth and high transmission performance, and can be widely used in design and measurement of SIW circuits.
