On engineering geological conditions and evaluation of Yangzhong area in Zhenjiang

摘要 以中国地质调查局"江苏1∶5万扬中市、江都县、谏壁镇、泰州市幅区调"项目为依托,根据项目所完成钻孔岩芯资料,结合本地区区域地质、工程地质资料,镇江扬中地区覆盖层主要是全新世中晚期长江冲、淤积形成的新近系软弱土和砂土。根据岩性组合、岩土物理力学性质结合地形、地貌特征,该区分为长江边滩相软土沉积区和漫滩相砂土沉积区两类。主要讨论各土层工程地质结构特征,在此基础上对扬中地区的工程地质适宜性及建筑施工适宜性进行了评价。 Relied on the project of regional geological survey in Yangzhong City, Jiangdu County, Jianbi Town and Taizhou City in Jiangsu Province in a scale of 1:50,000 entrusted by China Geological Survey Bureau, and based on the completed drilling hole data of the project and in combination with the local regional engineering and geological information, the authors found that the overburden layers in Yangzhong City were mainly Neogene soft soil and sandy soil formed by alluvial sedimentation of Yangtze River in middle and late Holocene. According to the characteristics of lithologie combination, rock physical and mechanical properties, in combination with topographic and geomorphologic properties, the authors divided the study area into two sedimentary provinces: edge beach facies and floodplain facies of Yangtze River. The authors focused on the structural properties of engineering geology of the layers and made suitability evaluations on the engineering geology and the construction structures there.
