摘要
通过紫外线诱变筛选出能利用葡萄糖高积累PHB的突变株 -真养产碱杆菌 92 0。研究了碳源和氮源对该菌株发酵积累PHB的影响。结果表明 ,在分批摇瓶发酵中碳源和氮源的最佳浓度分别为5%和 0 33%。经过 36h的发酵菌体干重、PHB含量、PHB浓度和PHB的产率分别为 19 3g/L、56 3%、10 86g/L和 0 2 2。
Mutant920 which could produce poly-β-hydroxybutyrate with glucose was obtained by UV treatment. The results of shake-flask culture show that the optimali concentration of glucose and (NH 4) 2SO 4 were 5% and 0.33% respectively. The cell dry weight, PHB concetration, PHB content and yield coefficient of PHB to glucose were 19.3g/L,56.3%,10.86g/L and 0.22 respectively.
