摘要 培养新世纪的高级工程技术人才,仅有优化的课程体系是不够的,更需要优化的实验教学体系和良好的工程实践环境,才能更好地培养素质高、知识面宽、综合能力强的复合型、创新型卓越人才。该文论述以培养创新实践卓越人才为目标,建设面向学生开放实验和学科竞赛活动的创新实验室、培养学生真实工程创新实践能力的大学生训练中心,以及校外人才培养基地,形成了真实工程实践环境,有效培养了学生的创新能力、工程实践能力、团队协作精神与竞争能力。 Only with optimized curriculum, it is not good enough for training and educating the senior engineers in new century. The better experiment education system and better environment for engineering practice are even more important for training engineers in automation with wider knowledge, more comprehensive practical ability and more innovative spirit. This paper aims at the cultivation on practicing ability and innovative ability of students, and presents the outcome of building up innovative laboratories, which is set up for providing convenience for students who participate in competitions, the outcome of the Students Research ~ Training Center (SRT) which is set up for cultivating the creativity in realized engineering issues, and the outcome of the building of off campus base for talents, to create a real engineering practice environment, for cultivating innovation capability, the ability of engineering practice and the capability of teamwork and competitiveness.
