摘要
分析了界面电泳法测量氢氧化铁胶体电动电势实验中胶体溶液电导率和电位梯度对实验的影响,给出了优化的实验条件。讨论了采用硫酸纸作为胶体溶液渗析用半透膜的可行性和优化的渗析方法。通过上述改进,实现了在一个实验课时内可以完成该实验并获得很好的实验结果和教学效果。
The effects of electric conductivity and potential gradient to the determining zeta potential of ferric hydroxide colloid by moving-boundary eleetrophoresis are analyzed and the optimal experimental parameters are proposed. The feasibility and optimal methods of using parchment paper as semi permeable membrane in colloid dialysis are researched and discussed. The accomplishment of the experiment in one experimental class period can be achieved, and an efficient experimental teaching can be obtained by using the above improvements.
