摘要
分析了华南理工大学机械类学生工程训练存在的不足,提出"4+2"举措,即4周基础项目训练加上2周综合创新训练。在2周的综合创新训练中,学生在教师指导下独立完成一个命题作品,如"无动力自滑车"等,对命题作品的选取原则进行了重点论述。以竞赛形式组织训练过程,比赛成绩作为"机械制造工程训练"课程成绩评定内容之一。提高了学生的工程意识,强化了学生对机械产品设计及制造过程的了解,同时培养了学生的实践能力、独立思考能力和创新意识。
This paper focuses on the analysis of insufficience of engineering training of the mechanical engineering major students in South China University of Technology. An innovative training mode of"4+ 2"is introduced, which includes a fundamental training for 4 weeks and a comprehensive and innovative one for 2 weeks. In the latter, students complete a proposition work independently under the guidance of the teacher, such as the design, manufacture, installation and commissioning of "Non-powered Sliding Car", etc. The selection principle for the proposition is discussed. The training process in the form of competition is organized and the result of the competition is one of " Mechanical Manufacturing Engineering Training" course assessments. In this process, the engineering consciousness and understanding to machine design and manufacture are enhanced and reinforced, as well as the practicing and thinking independently and innovative abilities of students are fostered.
