流通现代化实验教学示范中心作为上海商学院经济管理类专业综合性的实验平台,以培养学生的职业综合实践能力为目标,依靠校企合作的多种模式构建职业培训实践综合平台。该文以供应链管理合作项目为例构建了一站式校企合作模式,它由实践性的职前培训课程传授、企业实战演练、企业专人指导、权威考证及推荐就业五大部分组成,让学生在毕业前就成为用人单位的生力军,在未来可赢得更多培养及晋升的机会。

The Circulation Modern Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center as a comprehensive experimental platform, taking cultivating students ＇vocational practical ability as a target, should rely on a variety of school-enterprise cooperation modes to build the vocational training practice integrated platform. This article is to supply chain management for cooperation projects, for example, to build a one-stop school- enterprise cooperation mode, which consists of the following five parts①practical pre-employment training;② practical exercise in enterprises; ③special guidance b enterprises; @ examination by authoritative experts; 0 recommendation for employment. The five major components of the recommended employment allow students before graduation to become the employer of the new force in the future. They can win more opportunities for training and promotion.
