摘要
ERP沙盘实践课程近年受到广泛关注,已有文献对该课程的定位、教学目标、教学设计问题研究很少,而该类问题的解决直接关系到课程内容的设置、教学方法和教学手段的采用、教学效果评价等非常重要的问题。该文在对ERP沙盘实践课程的教学对象特点进行分析的基础上,提出了该课程的定位、目标。设立知识层次、技能层次和能力层次3个层次的教学目标,并从教学目标出发进行教学设计,论述了教学内容计划和安排,包括教学内容的6个重要方面。在教学方法上针对课堂教学过程中遇到的问题引入任务式教学法和案例教学法,最后对课程的成绩评定方式提出建议。探讨的问题在一定程度上弥补了现有文献的不足,并对实际课堂教学具有一定的借鉴和指导作用。
ERP practical course is getting more and more popular recently. However, published papers which discuss ERP practical course's instructional orientation and objectives are few and inadequate. But efficiently resolving these problems is very important, because it is related to those other important problems such as instructional contents, instructional methods and evaluation of the instructional effects. This paper analyses the students' characteristics in ERP practical course, based on which it also discusses the instructional orientation and 3 instructional objectives in ERP practical course. In addition, 6 main teaching parts and 2 teaching methods are presented. And a way of performance rating is suggested at the end of the paper. This article makes contribution to the discussion of ERP practical course and has advisable and instructional meaning to the teaching job.
