“卓越计划”的校企联合培养机制实践探索

Practice and exploration of training mechanism based on colleges-enterprises cooperation for "Excellent Project"

以"卓越工程师教育培养计划"的精神为指导,并结合河海大学"卓越计划"的具体实践,对校企联合培养机制进行了实践探索,重点构建了相应的培养体系。该体系包括健全的组织机构、完善的管理制度、务实的培养方案、明确的建设目标、敬业的师资队伍和开放的共享网络等6个方面。实践表明,校企联合培养机制能有效地激发大学生对工程问题的探究兴趣,从而能极大地提高他们的工程创新实践能力。

This paper,under the spirit of 'outstanding engineers education training plan' and based on the concrete practices from 'Excellent Project' of Hohai university,builds training systems which include sound organizational structure,perfect management regime,practical training program,explicit constructing goal,dedicated faculty,open sharing network and so on.The practice shows that the mechanism can effectively stimulate students to explore engineering problems,and greatly improve their practical capacities about engineering innovation.
