高校学生资助的新模式探索

Explore new mode of college student aid

《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010—2020年)》出台以来,制定了一系列学生资助政策,已初步建立起从学前教育到高等教育各阶段的家庭经济困难学生资助体系.但在资助总量、贫困生认定、奖助学金评审、银行助学贷款发放等方面仍存在一些问题.通过爱心基金在学生资助工作中的实践应用,探索出一种高校学生资助管理工作的新模式,促进了高校学生资助工作的完善和发展.

Since national medium and long-term educational reform and development plan published, series of student aid policies has been made and student aid system for economically disadvantaged families has been preliminarily established from preschool to higher education, but some problems still exist in aid amount, poor student identification, scholarship evaluation and distribution of student loan from banks. Through practical application of love fund in student aid work, this paper explores a new mode of college student aid, trying to be helpful for the improvement of college student aid work.
