日本双棘长蠹对不同危害程度的国槐和刺槐的趋性分析

摘要 为了解日本双棘长蠹对不同危害程度的国槐和刺槐的趋性选择,利用玻璃缸测定法、Y型嗅觉仪测定法和触角电位法测定并研究了其对健康植株和3种危害程度不同的国槐和刺槐的行为和生理反应.结果表明,成虫对危害Ⅱ级枝条有明显的选择趋性,即成虫可以通过植物被害后寄主植物产生的气味进行定位. The tropism responses of Sinoxylon japonicus lesne to different damaged Sophora japonica Linn. and Black Locust were studied by petri dishes methods," Y"-tube olfactometer and EAG. The healthy branches and three different damaged branches, including slightly damaged branches I , moderate damaged branches II and severely damaged branches III, were chosen to test the selectivity. The results showed that the adults had the obvious tropism for the moderate damaged branches II, namely, the adults may orientate to the odore from the damaged branches.
