摘要
目的:探究不同自尊类型的高等医学院校教师心理健康水平的差异,阐明自尊特点与心理健康的关系。方法:采用分层随机抽样的方法,选取长春某高等医学院校教师665名,运用Rosenberg自尊量表(SES)、Marlowe-Crowne社会期望量表(MCSD)和心理健康问卷考察其自尊类型和心理健康水平。结果:自尊、社会期望量表得分与心理健康问卷总分均存在显著正相关关系(r=0.67,P<0.01;r=0.50,P<0.01);不同自尊类型不论在心理健康问卷的总分、各维度分还是各因子分上比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);高自尊者的心理健康问卷总分显著高于低自尊者(P<0.01),防御性高自尊者的心理健康问卷总分显著高于安全性高自尊者(P<0.01)。结论:自尊与心理健康存在正相关关系,高自尊、尤其是防御性高自尊的医学院校教师心理健康水平更好。
Abstract: Objective To explore the difference in levels of mental health in teachers of medical colleges of different kinds of self-esteem and to clarify the relationship between them. Methods Stratified sampling method was used, and 665 teachers in medical colleges were tested by Self-Esteem Scale (SES), Marlowe-Crowne Social Desirability Scale (MCSD) and Mental Health Scale (MHS) for the levels of self-esteem and mental health. Results The scores of self-esteem and social desirability were both significantly positively related to the thoa[ score of mental health(r=0.67, P〈0.01; r=0.50, P(0.01); the scores of mental health in different kinds of self-esteem were all significantly different in total scores, dimensions and factors(P%0.01); the total score of mental health of the high self-esteem was significantly higher than that of the low self-esteem(P^0.01) ; the total score of mental health of the defensive high self-esteem was significantly higher than that of the security high self-esteem, too(P〈0.01). Conclusion To medical teachers, self-esteem is significantly positively related to mental health. High self-esteem, especially with high social desirability contributes to mental health.
