城市化背景下的公租房适应性设计探讨

Discussion on Adaptable Design of Public Rental Housing Against the Backdrop of Urbanization

城市化背景下,城市低收入者的住房保障问题日益凸显。该文列表分析了我国不同时期的典型保障性住房形式,指出公租房应该是现阶段保障性住房建设的重点。当前公租房建设量大、速度快,为了公租房发展的长效性,文章提出公租房应具有适应性、可持续性的规划与设计原则,并通过对一些国家和地区的保障性住房建设经验的借鉴,针对公租房的总体布局与交通配套、小区容量、配套设施、景观环境、套型设计等方面进行探讨,以期为其建设提供参考。

Against the backdrop of urbanization, the housing security of the low-income dwellers in the city has become a prominent problem day by day. By listing and analyzing some typical low-cost housing forms in different periods in China, this author points out that the public rental housing should be the focus of low-cost housing construction at present. The current construction of public rental housing grows at a high speed and has reached to a large amount. In order to make the public rental housing keep a long-term development, it puts forward that the planning and design of the public rental hous- ing should be adaptive and sustainable. Based on the experience of low-cost housing construction in some other countries and regions, the author makes a discussion on the overall layout and traffic facilities, capacity of residential district, supporting facilities, landscape environment and floor design in hope of offering some references for the public rental housing construction.
