摘要
针对公共租赁住房电气设计,该文从方案、初步设计、施工图设计阶段进行了详细介绍。从已建成的公租房使用情况和社会效应来看,总体情况较好,但在满足现行国家规范、地方标准上,还有待加强。该文结合《住宅设计规范》GB50096-2011、《住宅建筑电气设计规范》JGJ242-2011和《公共租赁房设计标准》DBJ50/T-133-2011的主要内容及实施要点,并结合公租房电气设计要点作了相关论述。
The electrical design of public rental housing is introduced from the program, preliminary design, construction drawing design stage. The utilization condition and social effect of public rental housing are pretty good, but more need to be done to meet the current national and local standard. Combined with the main content of Residential Design Standard GB50096-2011, Electrical Design Code of Residential Building JGJ242-2011 and Design Standard of Public Rental Housing DBJ50/T-133-2011 and the key implementation points are presented with the electrical design elaborated.
