摘要
该文主要研究了机制砂中石粉含量对建筑砂浆稠度、凝结时间、保水性及强度的影响。研究结果表明:随建筑砂浆中机制砂石粉含量的增加,稠度先提高后减少,且不同强度等级的砂浆中机制砂石粉最佳含量不同;砂浆的凝结时间随着石粉含量的增加凝结时间逐渐减少;保水性先增加而后逐渐减少,机制砂中最佳石粉含量宜为15%左右;机制砂中石粉含量在0%~20%范围时,砂浆的强度随着机制砂中的石粉含量增加而提高,当机制砂中石粉含量超过20%时,砂浆的强度随着石粉的增加而降低。
Impacts of limestone content in machine-made sand on the consistency, setting time, water retentivity and intensity of building mortar are mainly studied. The results show that the consistency increases and then reduces with the augment of limestone content and the most suitable limestone content in mortar of different levels differs, the setting time of mortar gradually decreases with the increase of limestone content, while the water retentivity increases and then decreases with the most suitable limestone content of about 15%. When limestone content is within 0%~2%, the mortar intensity enhances with the increase of limestone content and reduces when limestone content is over 20%.
