It is essential that librarians abide by readers＇ opinions, and meanwhile provide resources that enhance the value for readers. It is recommended that reading is a kind of unfettered and enjoyable experience. Librians can guide readers to view reading as a natural and pleasant experience. Thus, libraries should provide readers with a relaxing and comfortable environment. In a word library management must be focused on readers and bring up the initiative of readers.
