超声波法提取甜荞麦茎的工艺研究

摘要 采用响应曲面法(RSM)优化了陕北甜荞麦茎中黄酮类化合物的提取工艺。采用硝酸铝比色法,以芦丁为对照品用分光光度法测定了提取样品中黄酮类化合物的含量。超声波提取的最佳提取工艺条件为:55.33%乙醇为溶剂,料液比1:53.07,温度71.61℃,提取时间1h。在上述提取方案下,测得陕北定边县甜荞麦茎中黄酮类化合物的含量为3.10%。 The extraction technology of flavonoids from Northern Shaanxi common buckwheat stems was evaluated by response surface method (RSM). The flavonoids content in buckwheat stems was researched by colorimetry with A1 (NO3 )3 and ultraviolet spectrophotometry. The optimum conditions of the supersonic extraction is 55.33% alcohol as solvent whose rate to buckwheat is 53.07:1 at 71.61℃ for lh. The content of flavones in buckwheat stems in Dingbian County, Yulin City is 3.10% in this scheme.
