Evaluation Studies of Suppliers Based on Analytical Hierarchy Process

通过合理的评价指标体系的建立,采用层次分析法构建了一个制造企业的供应商的评价模型,并得到了判断某个供应商是否可以作为合作伙伴的评估公式。对于在供应商选择的问题上,给制造企业提供了一个可以参考和借鉴的方法。

This paper discusses the evaluation studies of suppliers based on Analytical Hierarchy Process. Through the establishment of reasonable evaluation index system, evaluation model of suppliers of manufacturing enterprise is constructed by AHP. A reference method is provided for manufacturing enterprises in suppliers＇ selection problem.
