论文通过文献资料、问卷调查、数据分析等方法,对榆林学院2008-2011年的在校大学生体质测试结果进行研究分析,了解榆林学院大学生身高、体重、肺活量、立定跳远、台阶测试等指标,分析其影响因素,找出榆林学院大学生体质健康存在的问题,并对榆林学院大学生体质健康提出相应的建议。
