试论促进高校毕业生就业的职业指导实践做法

The Guidance of the College Graduates' Employment

据中国人力资源和社会保障部的最新统计数据,2012年全国高校毕业生为680万人,比去年的增加20万人,加上往届未能就业的,面临就业的毕业生数量巨大,再创历史新高,诸如热门专业就业趋冷、就业满意率不足五成、高学历就业难等问题值得重视。本文就大学生就业难这一社会问题进行剖析,分别对大学生就业难的内外因进行论证,并提出相应的大学生就业指导工作的实践做法。

According to the latest statistics of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security in China, the national college graduates in 2012 was 6.8 million, 200,000 more than that in the year before. Together with the unemployed graduates in 2011, there met a high pressure in graduates employment. This article is an analysis of the social problem of the difficulties of the students employment respectively, and suggests the ways of college students＇employment guidance practices.
