摘要
通过对木棉纤维性能的测试,获得木棉纤维具有长度短,细度细,细胞壁薄,中腔大;纤维吸湿性好,强伸性能较差和显纤维素红外谱图的特征。在此基础上设计开发了纬平针、双罗纹、衬垫组织三种木棉混纺纬编针织面料,指出了生产中需要注意的问题。
The property of kapok fiber were tested. The test result showed that kapok fiber was short, fine and hollow, and had excellent moisture absorption, poor strength and extension property, thin cell wall. The infrared spectra of kapok fiber displayed the characteristics of cellulose fibers. Kapok blended weft-knitted fabrics including plain weft, double-face and laying-in stitch constructions were designed and developed. The problems that need attention in the production process were pointed out.
