摘要
基于达州地区自然灾害的随机性和频发性的特点,从自然灾害危险性、经济损失性和政府措施三个方面构建评价指标,采用FME模型评价达州历年自然灾害风险等级.评价结果揭示了各指标因素之间的联系,为自然灾害风险等级的综合评价提供依据.
Based on the characteristics of randomness and frequency of the natural disasters, we also considering the dangerousness, economic losses, and government measures, with the evaluation index FME model, the risk ratings of natural disasters over the years in Dazhou was evaluated. The evaluation results reveal a link among index factors, and provide the basis for a comprehensive evaluation of the risk ratings of natural disasters.
