摘要
"服务国家特殊需求人才培养项目"工程硕士研究生培养项目是我国开展"择需、择优、择急、择重"安排少数办学水平较高、特色鲜明、能够服务国家战略发展需要、且在人才培养方面具有不可替代性的地方高等学校,开展的服务国家特殊需求的专业硕士人才培养的试点工作.本文提出了该项目实施过程中"双师型"或"专家团"师资队伍的构建和"高校-企业-项目-人才"四位一体的工程硕士培养模式并对其进行了适当的阐述和分析.
The training project of masters of engineers at local universities is an experimental one, on the basis of the four choices, requirement, excellence, urgency, and importance, choosing some irreplaceable schools with higher levels, distinguishing features, and fitting for the service of the development and requirement of the nation. In this paper, the building of teaching team with double - professional teachers or expert consultation is provided, as well as the cultivating mode of masters of engineering with the combination of university - enterprise - project - talent during the training process.
