城乡统筹视角下产业一体化探析——基于湘潭城乡产业的调查

Integration of Urban and Rural Industry: Based on the Investigation of Xiangtan's Urban and Rural Industry

从城乡统筹的视角研究城乡产业一体化。通过实证分析湘潭市城乡产业一体化的演进过程,可以看到:湘潭城乡产业差距不断缩小、互补逐渐增强、配套进一步完善,但仍存在分割明显、各成体系、关联薄弱等问题。而湘潭存在的问题在全国具有普遍性,针对其问题,进一步得出:城乡产业一体化要得以进化和提升,必须要打通产业链,发展小城镇,培育龙头企业,完善城乡统筹政策。

This article works on integration of urban and rural industry from the perspective of urban - rural as a whole. Through the empirical analysis of Xiangtan city, we can see that its urban and rural industrial difference narrows ceaselessly, complement increases gradually and support perfects further. But the problems such as weakness of association are still obvious. While the Xiangtan＇s problems have catholicity in the whole nation, to evolve and ascend the integration of urban and rural industry, we must open up the industry chain, develop the small towns, cultivate hibcock industry and improve urbanrural policy.
