职业学校法学实务教学模式和方法的完善思考

Reflections on the Teaching Mode and Method of Law in Vocational Colleges

高等院校开设的法学学科是一门实践性很强的学科,为适应培养应用型法律专业人才的需要,各职业院校在法学教学中特别强调法学实务教学的开展,形成了自己的法学实务教学模式和方法,但取得的效果不甚理想。我们应当改变传统的法学实务教学模式教学效果不佳的现状,改革传统的法学实务教学模式,引入适应法学实务教学需求的教学方法,形成新的法学实务教学模式。

The science of law is a practical subject in colleges to meet the need of cultivating law talents. Though many vocational colleges has opened this course and had their own teaching mode and method, but the effect is not so good. We should change the traditional teaching mode in this course and reform it. In this thesis, the author introduces new teaching mode and method to adapt to the need of law teaching.
