An Analysis on the Effect of Internship Training in Japan

高职的旅游专业是实践性很强的一个专业,对实践教学模式的探讨一直是旅游教育工作者关注的焦点。为提升旅游日语专业学生的专业素养和职业能力,增强学生的就业竞争力,我院积极开拓海外实习研修市场,探索实践教学改革途径。如何创建新型的实习方式,提升现有的实习效果,提高学生在就业中的竞争力,克服学历层次带给他们的影响,是值得我们思考的问题。即是通过对这一问题的研究,系统地阐述了应如何提升我院日语专业魅力,同时探讨怎样进一步加大对学院旅游日语专业的宣传以及增强旅游日语专业的知名度。

Being a very practical major, practical teaching mode of tourism major has been paid great attention in vocational college. With the purpose of improving the professional literacy and professional ability of the students majoring in Tourism Japanese as well as their employment competitiveness, Shandong College of Tourism and Hospitality has been seeking to expand overseas internship training market and exploring the approach of practical teaching. Based on the study of this question, this paper explains how to improve the fame of Tourism Japanese of our college and discusses how to increase the effectiveness of the publicity and enhance its popularity
