摘要
亚洲栽培稻主要分籼粳两个亚种,无论从外部形态特征、解剖性状还是遗传物质来看,籼粳都各有其特征,因而形成了基于形态特征、解剖结构的表型性状分类法和基于遗传物质差异的分子标记分类法。通过总结籼粳间表型及遗传物质的差异及依此形成的分类方法,探讨了随着籼粳杂交育种方法的进行,两种分类方法的准确性及适应性。
Asian cultivated rice can be divided into two main subspecies-indica and japonica subspecies, they possess character- istic from external shape, anatomical character and genetic material, so it form phenotypic traits taxonomy based on external shape and anatomical character, form molecular marker taxonomy based on genetic material. By summarizing phenotypic traits, difference of and classification of indica-japonica subspecies, it discussed accuracy and adaptability of taxonomy with indica- japonica cross method.
