介绍了盘锦市农机发展的概况,提出要大力推广农业机械,让农民用最少的投资获得最大的经济效益这一核心理念。并从政策和资金、体制和机制、自身素质及方法论等方面论述了加强农机推广工作需要解决的问题。
The development of Agricultural mechanization in Panjin was introduced. Core concept of the most economic benefits for farmers was put forward to strengthen the extension of agricultural mechanization. A couples of problems for Agricultural mechanization were discussed from aspects of policies, financing, system, mechanism and seE-quality.
