翻白草提取液对未孕小鼠离体子宫收缩影响的实验研究

To study on the extracts of Potentilla discolor Bunge influencing the uterine contractions of the nonfertile mouse in vitro

目的观察不同浓度的翻白草水提取液对未孕小鼠离体子宫平滑肌收缩性能的影响。方法采用离体器官实验法,将经过苯甲酸雌二醇预处理的小鼠急性处死,取子宫平滑肌置于恒温通气平滑肌浴槽中,分别加入不同浓度的翻白草水提取液,记录子宫平滑肌收缩强度、收缩频率及活动力的变化。结果随着翻白草水提取液浓度的增加,小鼠子宫平滑肌收缩性能也随之增加(P<0.05)。结论翻白草水提液可提高小鼠离体子宫平滑肌的收缩性能,且存在剂量依赖性。

Objective To study the effects of different concentration of the extracts of Potentilla discolor bunge on contraction property of uterine smooth muscle from mouse uterus in vitro. Methods The uterine out of body from sacrificed mouse pretreatment with estradiol benzoate was putted in magnuscbath, then added different con- centrations of the extracts of Potentilla discolor Bunge, changes of the amplitude and frequency of uterine smooth muscle and activity of uterine were recorded. Results The extracts of Potentilla discolor bunge could dose - depen- dently enhance contraction property of uterine smooth muscle （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The extracts of Potentilla discolor bunge can increase contraction property of uterine smooth muscle from mouse uterus in vitro with dose de- pendence.
