Cutaneous Diseases with Eosinophilia

嗜酸粒细胞是在感染、非特异性组织损伤、变态反应和恶性肿瘤的发病过程中起着重要作用的多能粒细胞。在多种内外源性因素刺激下,嗜酸粒细胞可从周围组织募集到局部并参与多种炎性反应的启动和发展,发挥免疫调节的作用。本文就药疹、特应性皮炎、大疱性类天疱疮、疱疹样皮炎、嗜酸性蜂窝织炎、嗜酸粒细胞增多综合征及嗜酸性脓疱性毛囊炎等与嗜酸粒细胞相关的皮肤病的临床表现、发病机制、病因、治疗等做一综述。

Eosinophil is one kind of multifunctional leukocyte that play vital role in infection, non-specific tissue injury, allergic disease and malignancy. It can be involved in the initiation and progress of diverse inflammatory responses. The clinical manifestation, pathogenesis, etiology and therapy of cutaneous diseases with eosinophilia was summarized in this review.
