摘要
我国资源型城市普遍存在着"因资源而兴、因资源而衰"的困扰。文章重点以武汉城市圈副中心城市、资源枯竭型城市黄石市为样本,再构了资源枯竭型城市产业结构转型发展的"哑铃式"一体化战略模型。此模型对于加快区域经济转型发展有着战略决策指导意义。
The problem of ＂resources flourishing, resources declining＂ is widespread in our resource - based cities. Focus on the analysis of the resource - exhausted Huangshi City which is the sub - center in Wuhan city circle, this paper attempts to restructure the ＂dumbbell integrated strategy＂ model in the development of the industrial structure transformation, which should play a positive guiding role to speed up regional economic transformation.
