经过多年努力,黄石市已经建立了比较完备的公共文化服务评价考核体系,但是还存在诸多不足。政府必须建立以公共文化机构、社会公众和学者相互契合的"三元"公共文化服务评价考核模式,以此促进黄石市公共文化服务评估体系的良性运转。

After years of efforts, Huangshi City has established a relatively complete evaluation and examination system of public cultural services. However, there are still many inadequacies. The government must establish public eultural institutions, public and seholars mutual fit mode of evaluation and examination system in order to promote public culture service functioning well.
