摘要
目的研究心脑宁片对地塞米松磷酸钠注射液致大鼠血瘀模型血瘀症状积分、全血黏度的影响。方法取大鼠60只,随机分为6组,其中1组为空白对照组;其余5组大鼠造血瘀模型,分别给予肌肉注射地塞米松磷酸钠注射液,灌服不同剂量心脑宁片混悬液、脑安片混悬液和同体积的0.5%CMC;空白对照组,连续给药10 d。测凝血时间、全血黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞压积、K值、变性指数、电泳指数。结果与模型组比心脑宁片组和脑安片组可显著降低红细胞压积(P<0.01),可明显减轻大鼠血瘀症状(P<0.05);大剂量心脑宁片组和脑安片组可显著降低高切黏度(P<0.01),中剂量心脑宁片组可明显降低高切黏度(P<0.05);大、中、小剂量心脑宁片组和脑安片组均可显著降低高切黏度(P<0.01)。结论以大、中剂量心脑宁片组对地塞米松磷酸钠注射液致大鼠血瘀模型全血黏度的改善作用为好。
Objective To study Xinnaoning tablets in dexamethasone sodium phosphate injection-induced blood stasis rat model on its blood stasis symptom score and whole blood viscosity. Methods Sixty rats were randomly divided into 6 groups, one of the groups as blank control group, the remaining rats were built as blood stasis model with intramuscular dexamethasone sodium phosphate injection, were respectively given with Xinnaoning tablet suspension at different doses, Naoan tablets suspension, suspension and the same volume of 0.5%CMC; continuous administration for 10 days.Measurement of coagulation time, whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, and hematocfit, K value, degeneration index, index of electrophoresis was taken. Results Compared with the model group Xinnaoning tablet group and Naoan tablets group could significantly reduce the hematocrit (P〈O.01), significantly reduce rat blood stasis symptom (P〈0.05); large dose of Xinnaoning tablet group and Naoan tablets group could significantly reduce the high shear viscosity (P〈0.01), in middle dose of Xinnaoning tablet group high shear viscosity decreased significantly(P〈0.05); in various doses of Xinnaoning tablet group and Naoan tablets group could significantly reduce the high shear viscosity (P〈0.01). Conclusion large, middle dose of Xinnaoning tablet group for dexamethasone sodium phosphate injection induced blood stasis model rats has good improving effect in whole blood viscosity.
