摘要
课程建设与改革的核心是要突出职业能力的培养。高职校既要培养学生就业岗位的职业适应能力,又要提升学生在未来社会中的职业迁移能力。必须根据职业岗位能力的培养目标和要求对现有的课程体系进行整合与开发,创设职业岗位课程、拓宽专业口径、优化专业课程体系,才能达到提升学生职业迁移能力的培养目标。
The essence of curriculum construction and reform is to develop professional ability.Higher vocational schools should not only foster students＇ professional adaptation ability,but also improve their professional transferable ability,which requires integrating and developing the current curriculum system,establishing professional courses,expanding specialty caliber,and optimizing professional curriculum system.
