高职旅游管理专业酒店顶岗实习教学的实践与研究——以江苏省南京工程高等职业学校为例

Research and Practice on the Teaching Mode of Hotel Internship in Vocational College Tourism Management Major:A Case Study

顶岗实习是学校依据"以能力为本位、以职业实践为主线"的原则,在学生完成专业课程实习和校内专业实训之后的校外实践教学活动,能有效培养学生的职场适应能力,提高学生的职业素养。顶岗实习教学模式中存在的一些问题应本着学校、企业、学生共赢的原则加以解决。顶岗实习教学应设计好教学目标、教学过程、教学课程。顶岗实习教学管理中,要完善管理体制、控制体系,做好动员、过程管理、成绩的考核与评定等工作。

Hotel internship plays an important role in Tourism Management major of five-year higher vocational education.Regarding the competence-based and practice-oriented principles,our college undertakes a series of practice and research on the teaching mode of hotel internship with strengthening process management and establishment of ＂mutual benefits＂ system for the development of society and industries.The talent training mode of combining schools and enterprises,as well as combining working and learning has been established.
