摘要
目的建立高效液相色谱法测定利肺片中五味子醇甲含量的方法。方法采用Ultimate XB-C18色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-水(13︰7);流速:1.0ml/min;检测波长:250nm。结果五味子醇甲线性范围0.1002～2.0040 g(r=1),平均回收率和RSD分别为97.53%,0.68%。结论方法简便、可靠,可用于利肺片中五味子醇甲含量测定。
Objective To establish a high performance liquid chromatography method for the determination of Schizandrin content in Lifei Tablest. Method The analysis was performed on the Ultimate XB-C18 column（4.6mm×250mm,5μm）with methanol and water as mobile phase at 13 ： 7.The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min and the UV detection wavelength was 250 nm.Resuh The linear range of Schizandrin was obtained from the range of 0.1002-2.0040 g （r=1）.The average recovery was 97.53% with RSD 0.68% .Conclusion This method is simple,reliable and can be used for the determination of Schizandrin in this preparation.
