急性淋巴细胞白血病治疗前后血清sE-cad测定的临床意义 被引量:1

Clinical Significance of Determining Serum Level of Soluble Epithelia Cell Cadherin in the Treatment of Acute Lymphocyte Leukemia

摘要 为探讨急性淋巴细胞白血病(ALL)患者治疗前后血清可溶型上皮细胞钙粘蛋白(sE-cad)的水平变化与疗效的关系。使用酶联免疫吸附双抗体法(ELISA)测定ALL患者组、对照组血清sE-cad的水平。结果表明:ALL患者初治组血清sE-cad水平(83.98±22.62)ng/mL及未完全缓解组血清sE-cad水平(75.68±14.01)ng/mL明显高于对照组(25.74±7.79)ng/mL及完全缓解组(27.77±10.21)ng/mL,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);ALL患者血清sE-cad水平治疗达完全缓解后血清sE-cad水平较治疗前(84.26±22.49)ng/mL明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),未完全缓解组治疗前后差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);ALL患者高白细胞血症组血清sE-cad水平(111.18±21.23)ng/mL明显高于非高白细胞血症组(75.32±15.11)ng/mL,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);ALL患者治疗前后血清sE-cad水平与骨髓原始幼稚细胞百分数呈正相关关系,相关系数为0.687(P<0.01)。结论血清sE-cad水平与ALL患者疗效相关,检测sE-cad对ALL患者的预后判断和疗效观察有一定意义。 To explore the relationship of the serum level of soluble epithelial cell cadherin(sE-cad) and therapeutic efficacy before and after the treatment of acute lymphocyte leukemia.Methods:The serum levels of soluble epithelial cell cadherin in the acute lymphocyte leukemia group and the control group were measured by ELISA double antibody method.Results:The serum levels of sE-cad in non-treatment group and NR group were significantly higher than that in the control group and CR group(P0.01).The serum level of sE-cad in the patients after treatment in CR group was significantly lower than that before treatment(P0.01).The serum level of sE-cad in acute lymphocyte leukemia with high white blood cell viremia was significantly higher than that in non-high white blood cell viremia group(P0.01).The serum level of sE-cad in acute lymphocyte leukemia was positively correlated with the percentage of marrow blasts,and the correlation coefficient was 0.687(P0.01).Conclusion:The serum level of sE-cad is related to the therapy in acute lymphocyte leukemia,and the detection of sE-cad was of some significance to the prognosis and the clinical observation in acute lymphocyte leukemia.
