通痹活血汤治疗糖尿病周围神经病变临床观察

Observation of Tongbihuoxue Decoction on Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

目的观察通痹活血汤治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的效果。方法 60例患者随机分为观察组和对照组各30例。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在此基础上加服通痹活血汤治疗。结果治疗8周后观察组患者TCSS评分明显低于对照组,MCV和SCV测定结果明显高于对照组,观察组综合疗效优于对照组。结论通痹活血汤治疗糖尿病周围神经病变可有效提高治疗效果。

Objective： To observe the effect of the Tongbihuoxue Decoction on diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods： 60 cases were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.On the basis of the routine therapies in 2 groups,the Tongbihuoxue Decoction was added in the observation group.Results： After 8 weeks,the TCSS score in the observation group was lower remarkably than that in the control group.However,results such as the MCV test and the SCV test were higher obviously than those in the control group.The effect of the comprehensive treatment in the observation group was superior to that in the control group.Conclusion： It is effective of the Tongbihuoxue Decoction in the diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
