This article introduces the practical application of the MES system in the refining enterprise, illustrates the MES＇s position and function in the platform of the production management , makes a brief description about the business function module and architecture of the system. Trough the Web Services interface integration and cooperative multiple production application system, the EMS system makes the enterprise production informatization form to a comprehensive management platform, which provides an important basis to the enterprise management and production decision.
