焦炉拦焦车在作业过程中因振动、侧推会造成轨道压板和鱼尾板的固定螺栓及垫板松动,产生拦焦车车轮啃轨、轨道高低不平等问题。通过更换垫板、耐腐蚀压板级铝热焊接等改造,问题得到彻底解决,保证了焦炉的稳定生产。

Because of vibration,lateral push when coke barrier vehicle is working,this may lead to some common troubles,such as rail plate,splice bar bolt and plate loosening,coke cars skew,rough terrain of track.The above problem can be completely solved by replacing the thermal welding of aluminum plate,corrosion-resistant plate level transformation,the stability of the coke oven production can be guaranteed.
