摘要
研究了等效机构为曲柄摇杆机构的摆动活齿啮合副运动循环的运动状态,并分析了其啮合过程。从中心轮的齿形方程导出摆动活齿相对角速度的方程,揭示了其变化规律。针对摆动活齿共轭齿廓磨损问题,推导出摆动活齿和中心轮齿面的滑动率解析式。结合具体实例绘制了滑动率的变化曲线并分析了变化规律。上述研究为解决摆动活齿传动的齿面磨损、传动效率和弹流润滑问题提供了理论依据。
Motion state of meshing pairs of swing movable tooth during one motion cycle is studied and meshing process is analyzed.The formula of relative angular velocity is deduced.Variation curve of relative angular velocity is plotted and variation rule is analyzed.Specific sliding formula of conjugate profile is deduced to analyze profile abrasion of swing movable tooth conjugate profile.Variation curve of specific sliding is plotted and variation rule is analyzed according to a calculating example.The above research provided theoretical basis for profile abrasion,transmission efficiency and elastohydrodynamic lubrication of swing movable tooth transmission.
