摘要
根据齿轮啮合原理,基于MASTA建立了变速器仿真模型。通过利用MASTA微观修形模块对齿轮微观修形参数的优化,探讨了齿轮齿面修形量的确定方法。研究表明,基于MASTA对齿面微观修形参数合理设计和优化,可有效地改善齿轮传动时的齿面偏载,减小齿面接触应力,提高齿轮副的传动质量和承载能力。
According to the principle of gear meshing,the simulation model of the transmission is built based on MASTA.Using gear micro geometry module of the MASTA software,the micro shape parameters of gear is optimized.Moreover,the methods of determining gear tooth surface modification amount are discussed.The study shows that using the MASTA software for the reasonable design and optimization of the micro shape parameters,the slanting load of tooth surface when gear driving can be improved,the contact stress of gear tooth surface is reduced and the transmission quality as well as the carrying capacity of the gear pair are enhanced.
