销齿轮传动重合度的解析计算及齿顶圆区间确定 被引量:2

摘要 现行的销齿传动重合度大多采用查图表法进行计算,其计算结果存在较大误差。采用解析的方法,从建立销齿轮的齿面方程入手,推导出了直接计算销齿轮的重合度的方法;更加准确地导出销齿轮齿顶圆半径的理论取值区间,并建立量化重合度与齿顶圆厚度的相互关系,为优化设计创造了条件。 In view of the present contact ratio of pin gear is mostly calculated by the graphology,thereby causing the fault with a large error in the result of calculation.Therefore the analytical method is used,from the setting-up of tooth surface equation of pin gear,the method for directly calculating the contact ratio of pin gear is deduced and the more accurate theoretical range of addendum circle radius of pin gear is deduced.And also a quantification of the mutual relationship of contact ratio and addendum circle thickness is built,the conditions for the optimum design is created.
