随着农村税费改革和农村义务教育管理体制的改革,我国贫困地区农村义务教育面临着新的困境,突出表现在政府对贫困地区农村义务教育投入不足,教育质量低,和发达地区差距拉大等方面。改革现行义务教育管理体制,增加中央政府对贫困地区农村义务教育的投入责任,公平、合理分配教育教育资源是目前解决贫困地区农村义务教育困境的有效措施。

With the reform of taxation expenses and compulsory educational management system in rural areas. The compulsory education is facing new difficulties：insufficient educational investment on compulsory education, poor quality of education, etc. We should reform present compulsory educational management system, increase the investment from central government, distribute educational resources impartially and reasonably.
