兰州市学龄前儿童超重与肥胖预防控制策略

Prevention and Control Strategy on Children Who are Hyper-gravitation and Fatness in Lanzhou

目的依据兰州市3～12岁儿童超重肥胖BMI正常参考值,探讨超重肥胖儿童的预防策略。方法采用随机整群分层抽样的方法,选择兰州市区以城市人口为主的4所小学和5所幼儿园3～12岁男女儿童共计3200人进行体格测量。依据BMI正常参考值,分析学龄前儿童身体发育规律,总结肥胖、超重的重点时段。结果按照本研究前期BMI界值判断,各年龄组儿童除9岁和10岁男童超重肥胖的BMI界值在P80和P90百分位数,其余各组儿童主要集中在P85和P95百分位数。结论依据兰州市3～12岁儿童超重、肥胖的发育节律,加强在5岁期间、9岁期间饮食调配等将有利于学龄前儿童超重与肥胖的预防和控制。

OBJECTIVE Based on the BMI reference value of children between 3 to 12 years old who are hyper-gravitation and fatness in Lanzhou, we study on the prevention strategies about the overweight children. METHODS 3 200 children from 4 primary schools and 5 kindergartens of Lanzhou Chengguan District were investigated by sampling randomly. According to the BIM and the law of children＇s body development, the controling key stage is summarized. RESULTS The percentiles of BMI critical value of fat children is between P85 and P95 except the boys of 9 and 10 year old. CONCLUSION According to the development pattern of children between 3 to 12 years old in Lanzhou. Strengthening diet will help to prevent and control the overweight.
